World of Initials launches a new global website for The Gap Partnership on Sitecore

Pioneers of the world renowned Clock Face Model and global leaders in both negotiation training and consultancy, The Gap Partnership have been category leaders for the last 17 years.
Their range of intensive residential workshops create the world's best negotiators and their sector specialist consultants help major blue chip companies save billions of pounds every year.
We worked to successfully relaunch a brand new global website for The Gap Partnership across 13 markets in just 7 months. Led by our digital team this was a truly cross disciplinary project spanning right across the agency from Strategic planning, User experience, design and development.
We chose Sitecore as the best choice for this website due to it being a strong international platform with the ability to centrally manage the content and assets in one place without restricting what we wanted to achieve with the front-end (in addition to multiple other benefits).
Timings were tight to say the least so we formed a dedicated team to work on this project, allowing for core competencies and closer collaboration to solve challenges that inevitably come up when working on a project of this scale. This resulted in two-weekly sprints and daily scrum meetings. This agile set-up made it possible to reach decisions, as well as to communicate openly to solve issues as soon as they occurred.
Unlike most projects, we chose to create the frontend and backend code in tandem for the majority of the development phase, yes this was because we were up against it in terms of time from the word go but it also allowed us to be more efficient in delivering components that worked for everyone.
The site is fully optimised for desktop, mobile and tablet, with different layouts defined for each.
We are also appointed by The Gap Partnership to manage the global search strategy across both paid and organic. We've been working hard and have secured a number 1 organic ranking for 'negotiation training' and a website that delivers an average of 55 leads per month, keeping The Gap Partnership team busy.
We used our Sitecore skills and knowledge to integrate Sitecore's Web Forms for Marketers to measure success and continue to develop further.
The current website has been developed to build The Gap Partnership's reputation as a firm creating the world's best negotiators through their development programmes and consulting proposition, ultimately encouraging users to make contact.
Thanks to the Sitecore technology, it will be possible to keep improving the existing platform and develop new functionally.
